Suzanne Broderick has over twelve years experience providing both law firm and in-house legal representation. Suzanne began her career as an attorney with the law firm Streich Lang, PA, and joined the in-house law department of AdvancePCS in 2002. She remained in-house for several years and most recently held the position of Senior Legal Counsel, Assistant Managing Counsel for CVS/Caremark.

Suzanne has been back in private practice since 2007 when she joined the Phoenix Law Group’s Pharmacy Benefits and Operations practice group. She practices with seven other attorneys who also have in-house experience at one of the nation’s largest PBMs and focuses exclusively on the legal issues related to pharmacy benefits. Suzanne continues to work with the intricate legal issues of prescription benefit plans, PBMs, and pharmacies on a daily basis. Among other things, Suzanne focuses her practice on providing compliance counseling to PBMs, assisting clients in structuring programs and operations to meet all applicable federal and state statutory and regulatory requirements, and developing and negotiating pharmacy benefit management services agreements.

Suzanne received her law degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University, where she served as a Managing Editor of the Law Review. She also holds a bachelors degree with distinction and honors from Bridgewater State College.
