As the culmination of AHLA's educational year, the Annual Meeting provides a forum for networking and interaction with colleagues, friends, and family as well as an outstanding educational event. Throughout the program, members attend breakout sessions on various topics delivered by leading private practitioners, in-house counsel and government representatives, spend time networking with colleagues at the breakfasts, Practice Group luncheons and receptions and enjoy all that Boston has to offer.
Each of the Association's Practice Groups will hold a luncheon at the Annual Meeting. The luncheons are an additional fee, space is limited, and pre-registration is required. More information on the luncheon schedule and presentations being offered will be available soon.
All materials will be available on a website prior to the program and handed out on CD at the program. For those who still do want the binder they will be available for an additional fee; please order on the registration form.

Cancellations must be received in writing by June 17, 2011. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after the cut-off date. Registration fee, minus the $125 administrative fee for the Annual Meeting and $50 for the In-House Counsel Program, will be refunded approximately 3-4 weeks following the program. If you registered for both, and need to cancel one, there is no administrative fee. If you wish to send a substitute, need more information regarding refund, complaint and program cancellation policies please call (202) 833-1100 prompt #5. Note that the registration fee is based on the AHLA membership status of the individual who actually attends the program.
