Annual Meeting and In-House Counsel Program
June 26-29, 2011
Boston, MA
 

As the culmination of AHLA's educational year, the Annual Meeting provides a forum for networking and interaction with colleagues, friends, and family as well as an outstanding educational event. Throughout the program, members attend breakout sessions on various topics delivered by leading private practitioners, in-house counsel and government representatives, spend time networking with colleagues at the breakfasts, Practice Group luncheons and receptions and enjoy all that Boston has to offer.

 

 Highlight of the Week

 

  Monday morning's plenary session will include Keynote Addresses by Senior Legal Analyst of CNN Worldwide Jeffrey Toobin, Attorney General of Virginia Kenneth Cuccinelli, and Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick.

This one-day program is designed to address the unique issues faced by in-house counsel. Breakout sessions  at the In-House Counsel Program will focus on practical, hands-on ways to function in these challenging day-to-day work roles and responsibilities of in-house counsel lawyers.

Each of the Association's Practice Groups will hold a luncheon at the Annual Meeting. The luncheons are an additional fee, space is limited, and pre-registration is required.

Throughout the Annual Meeting, the numerous social events will provide attendees many opportunities to meet and network with other attorneys and health professionals from around the country as well as to enjoy some of what makes Boston so great.

Boston Marriott Copley and Westin Copley Hotel, Boston, MA. 
The Marriott will be the site for all of the education sessions during the Annual Meeting. The Westin is located across the street from the Marriott and will be the site for all of the Practice Group luncheons during the conference. The Marriott room block is sold out. Please call the Westin Hotel.
