Program Materials
AHLA is going green for the 2008 In-House Counsel Program and Annual
Meeting. We will not automatically be printing binders for everyone. See
below for details on how to obtain the program materials.
For those who have not purchased the binder(s)
All materials will be available electronically prior to the program and
handed out at the program on a CD-Rom that includes all the materials
that are in the binder. If you plan to use the CD to access the
materials during sessions, you will need to bring your laptop to the
program. Several days before the program, you will receive an email with
a web link that will give you electronic access to all the materials for
the program. If you don't want to bring your laptop to sessions, please
print the materials you will need for the sessions you plan on attending
and bring them with you. Attendees will not be able to print materials
on-site.
If you have registered for the In-House Counsel Program and/or the
Annual Meeting and did not order the binder(s), but would like to, a
limited number are still available. Please order
them now.
For those who have purchased the binder(s)
For those who want the binder and ordered them at the time of
registration, you will receive your printed materials at the program,
along with a CD-Rom that includes all the materials that are in the
binder. Several days before the program, you will also receive an email
with a web link that will include all the materials for the program.
Please note: The
website may contain materials that were not included in the binder or on
the CD-Rom. If materials are posted on the website that are not included
in the binder for sessions you plan on attending, please print them out
and bring them with you.

must be registered for the program and have logged into the AHLA
website. If you are registered, to expediate
access to the materials, please login
using your username and password. You do not have to be a member of AHLA

Post Program CD-Rom
While at the program, all attendees can sign up to receive a free copy
of the Post-Program CD, sponsored by Thomson West, for the meeting(s) to
which they are attending. CDs include all the audio recordings and
materials with an electronic index and link to each of the topics,
practical tools, exhibits, checklists and forms in each presentation.
Please stop by the Thomson West exhibit booth to get your coupon for the
free CD(s). All CDs will be mailed 4-6 weeks after the program.
